1. Cauliflower rice

Cut cauliflower into florets and cut off in most stalk as you can .rinse cauliflower than drain and leave it for dry. Use shredding blade into your food processor and shred the cauliflower .rice should also be shred. Then take a pan and melt some butter or olive oil in it. Add one chopped onion and red bell pepper, 1, 2 cloves of garlic and leave it to cook for 3, 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add cauliflower and rice in it and cook it for more than 10 minutes. You can also add nuts, cheese, butter and herbs, hot peppers, chili flakes or pepper flakes to enhance its taste. This is an entirely healthy and tasty dish for the celiac patient and weight loss.

2. Cauliflower salad

Cut cauliflower into small pieces and shred nicely. Rinse cauliflower with water and dry it. Boil this cauliflower for 2, 3 minutes. Rinse extra water from it and leave it to dry.  Add chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese, salt to taste in a bowl and add dry cauliflower. Your salad bowl is ready to serve.

Note: you can use uncooked cauliflower if you like crunch in your salad. This is totally up to your choice.

3. Gluten-free Sweet cucumber salad

For making this delicious salad, we need the following ingredients,

  • One seedless cucumber
  • Two tbsps of hot pepper jelly
  • One Lemon zest
  • One lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of olive oil or coconut oil
  • One green onion
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsps of black pepper
  • 2 tbsps of sweet pepper jelly

Method: Cut the cucumber into round slices. Cut onion into small cubes. Melt pepper jelly into the microwave oven. Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add all spices and sweets into the pan and mix them well. Our delicious gluten-free fresh cucumber salad is ready to serve.

4. Gluten-free corn salsa

Corn is a good source of protein. It is a very healthy gluten-free diet plan for celiac patients and weight loss. For making this gluten-free corn salsa we need following ingredients,Gluten Free Corn Salsa

  • 2,3 cobs of corn
  • ½ cup hot pepper jelly
  • Two lemon zest
  • 1 Green onion
  • ½ fresh chopped parley
  • ½ chopped cilantro
  • Salt Black pepper to taste

Method: Boil corn in water. Don’t overcook corn. Meld hot pepper jelly in the microwave oven. Add all spices, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, hot pepper jelly and corn in a bowl. Mix them well and refrigerate it for one hour. Your tasty salsa is ready to take.

5. Gluten-free Almond cake

Gluten-free almond cake is also a healthy diet. Almond cake is robust and meets your craving to take sweet. We can make a gluten-free almond cake by using the following ingredients,Gluten-free Almond cake

  • 2 ounce of butter
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsps of gluten-free baking powder

  • Powder sugar and sliced almond for topping

Method: add all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and blend it. Blend until it gets fluffy and lighter in colour. Preheat your oven for 350 F. Place cake bowl in the microwave oven for 25 to 30 minutes until it reaches a rise, soft from the middle, golden in colour.  When it cooked remove from oven. Garnish it with powder sugar and almond slice. Delicious cake is ready to serve.
